All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without notice.

By placing an order, you represent that:

We process payments securely through Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

We ship to addresses within the continental United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on shipping method and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Food items are not returnable. All other items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase
• Food, perishables, and opened items cannot be returned

A 15% restocking fee may apply to eligible returns. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Imani Market or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imani Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Imani Market, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Linn County, Iowa.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
